AbelConn Electronics, a Celestica company, relocated to a new 110,000 square foot facility that is an ITAR certified operation and ISO 13485 – certified facility for medical device production. 45 North Group supported AbelConn as an Owners Representative and Project Manager, providing oversight during architect and contractor contract negotiations. Additionally, this included onboarding and coordination with the low voltage, security, audio visual, furniture and relocation partners of the project. 45 North Group managed and collaborated with the project team to develop the master project schedule and budget, and tracked the project budget through completion.
