Replacement of fluorescent light fixtures with LED fixtures. 

Artis REIT, a large diversified commercial real estate investment trust, engaged 45 North Group to manage the design and construction of their tenant’s – UMB Bank – 10,210-square-foot remodel and expansion. Part of this downtown Minneapolis office buildout included replacing existing ceiling tiles and light fixtures over occupied office areas with minimal impact to the tenant. Additionally, an existing stair between two levels was removed and infilled for the expansion into UMB Bank’s adjacent office
