As a medical technology manufacturing company experiencing significant growth in both revenue and personnel, Colder Products Company (CPC) decided on a new, build-to-suit corporate headquarters facility. As the owner’s representative for this brownfield redevelopment, 45 North Group managed design and construction activities and coordinated the complex, phased employee and equipment relocation from three facilities into one during the COVID-19 pandemic. 45 North Group facilitated the engagement of a lean manufacturing consultant who ensured maximum efficiency during the construction phase of this 134,000 square foot project. CPC’s facility is a world class facility that has not only helped them consolidate operations but will serve as a showplace for customers well into the future.
