Client was growing and needed to get their team back together into one space to maximize efficiency and collaboration. Like so many organizations, they needed a space that allowed them to compete for and retain talented employees. 45 North Group was engaged to oversee the design, construction and relocation activities for the client’s new space in St. Paul. Assembling the right team to meet the client’s specific design requirements as well as an accelerated schedule was critical. 45 North successfully brought the project to completion on time and within the client’s budget all while allowing them to remain focused on growing the business.
