45 North Group was engaged by Dalsin Industries to assess their Bloomington, MN operations for opportunities to incorporate renewable energy. The assessment highlighted many available options of which Dalsin elected to pursue both a rooftop solar installation and Community Solar Garden (CSG) subscription. These renewable energy projects help Dalsin Industries employ solar power that is equivalent to 55% of their annual electric demand which further helps them meet their impressive sustainability objectives.

For the rooftop solar installation, 45 North Group facilitated an RFP to the market, negotiated a rooftop solar installation agreement and helped structure a mutually beneficial lease policy with the building landlord. 45 North Group additionally oversaw the design process and installation of the rooftop solar system.
