45 North group was engaged to facilitate the sale of Domestic Abuse Project’s (DAP) existing facility of over 30 years, to facilitate the identification, lease negotiation, construction of, and relocation to the new facility. A suitable buyer was found almost immediately, which drove the need for DAP to work quickly towards identifying, constructing, and moving into its new location. During this process, DAP faced a number of hurdles which caused significant delays to the project. 45 North Group successfully maintained the interest of the buyer, assisted DAP in clearing the hurdles, and ultimately succeeded in selling DAP’s existing facility and fully moving DAP into its new facility. The project team (DAP, Gensler, Weitz, Dorsey Whitney, and 45 North Group) did a remarkable job of staying patient and getting the job done in a professional manner.

Client Testimonial

“45 North Group was our partner in the planning and implementation of the sale of our existing facility and the relocation/construction of our new location. As a non-profit, we truly value 45 North’s character, integrity, and positive attitude. We faced several challenges through the process, but with 45 North’s expertise, commitment to DAP and selection of the right partners, it simplified the entire process. They were instrumental in helping us through this process and exceeded our expectations at every turn. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.”
