Herzing University’s 2nd semester classes were scheduled to begin on January 8th. Due to extended negotiations, the lease had not been signed as of October 1st. Herzing engaged 45 North Group to ensure design and construction activities would be completed in time to meet their aggressive timeline.

45 North Group quickly assembled the project team and in cooperation with them, created a schedule to complete the space on time and within the project budget. Design, construction and equipment installation were all completed in three months, allowing students to begin classes as planned.
