Marmon Link broke ground in 2021 on a new headquarters/manufacturing facility. With operations previously located in two buildings, the state-of-the-art space hosting both office and distribution functionalities was designed to more efficiently expand their footprint and allow for future growth.
45 North Group oversaw construction of the new facility while managing the project budget and schedule. 45 North Group also coordinated their relocation into the new building, which was completed over several months and in multiple phases as their distribution operations were active throughout the transition.
