WELL Building Standard Certification is being pursued meeting overall health and wellbeing in Air, Water, Nourishment, Light, Movement, Thermal Comfort, Sound, and Materials.

Maslon LLP, one of Minnesota’s largest law firms, engaged 45 North Group to lead them through a strategic planning exercise to create a real estate plan that supported their overall business plan. The space committee and leadership team assessed their current state of real estate affairs, determined their future state objectives, and explored alternatives to better align their real estate with their future state objectives.

Full-Service Solutions

45 North Group provided project management services through design, preconstruction, construction, relocation and closeout. The 45 North Group team managed the project’s general contractor, architect, low voltage, furniture, AV, security, signage and relocation vendors of Maslon’s office buildout and decommission of their vacated space. The team worked diligently to meet the project budget and schedule while executing top-quality design and materials. Walls have been constructed to ensure acoustic privacy, and Maslon is pursuing the WELL Building Standard Certification, meeting requirements for overall health and wellbeing in Air, Water, Nourishment, Light, Movement, Thermal Comfort, Sound, and Materials. The law firm moved 140 staff members and attorneys into two floors of the new space at the Capella Tower.
