Minnesota Corn Growers Association (MCGA) relocated to a new space to increase their efficiency and improve collaboration. 45 North Group was engaged to oversee design and construction activities for their new Burnsville location. The new facility brought the team from two-stories to a single level for improved interaction, and the break room was combined with a large open workspace to accommodate the entire staff. Additionally, to better serve their member base, they included a versatile divisible board room with new AV equipment that improved meeting quality.
45 North Group managed the schedule and budget, served as an advocate for MCGA, and facilitated requests for information between the various vendors and the building landlord, which was a key element in completing the project on schedule. 45 North Group also managed relocation activities and assisted with resolving final punch list tasks and activities.
Client Testimonial
45 North Group “did a fantastic job coordinating all of the vendors involved in the process. As a small organization, we couldn’t afford to invest significant time in the project so it was reassuring to know that 45 North Group was ensuring that the project progressed on-time by monitoring all the details that needed attention…I really never worried too much about the project knowing that 45 North was in charge.”
