45 North Group was engaged to assist Omnetics Connector Corporation with the relocation from their previous building to a new building and expanded footprint in Coon Rapids, MN. Our team worked with Omnetics and their relocation partner to develop a phased moving plan with specific sequencing by work product type, identify required move processes and engage the appropriate personnel. Months of pre-planning with stakeholders, along with clear communication with Omnetics’ internal relocation contacts and proper delegation of action items resulted in a successful move with no unplanned downtime.
