Sustainability Highlights

Followed sustainable design, construction and indoor air quality guidelines; leveraged energy efficient LED lights and lights with occupancy sensors; utilized ergonomic furniture systems, low-flow water fixtures, and low VOC materials; and diverted 50% of construction waste from landfill. 

Peregrine Capital Management relocated within their building, LaSalle Plaza, to a newly constructed space of 11,000 square feet. They downsized from an 18,000-square-foot office with employees spread out through the entire space.

Cultivating Collaboration

The new environment features a sophisticated front lobby and meeting rooms for a welcoming guest experience and dedicated office area for increased collaboration among the team.
