Facing rapid expansion due to acquisitions, Pediatric Home Service, an independent children’s home health care agency, hired 45 North Group as a partner to manage construction projects and tenant improvement projects for their facilities at locations nationwide.

45 North Group coordinated construction activities with internal team members, selected vendor partners, and managed project budgets and schedules for a variety of work, including office renovations, warehouse upgrades, and even a clean room/compounding pharmacy at one of their Texas facilities.
