45 North Group was engaged by ThreeBridge Solutions’ Minneapolis headquarters team and oversaw design and construction activities for multiple new locations. To support ThreeBridge’s brand and growth needs in these workspaces, 45 North Group managed the schedule and budget, served as their advocate with the building landlords’ contractors, assisted with resolving any construction issues or changes, and managed relocation activities.

45 North Group was responsible for coordinating with ThreeBridge’s furniture and technology vendors to ensure progress was made according to client goals, and materials or systems were installed to ThreeBridge’s specifications. 45 North Group also ensured vendor payments were processed and tracked all outstanding punch list tasks through completion. In addition, 45 North Group assisted ThreeBridge with selecting a move contractor, coordinated move activities with the contractor and ThreeBridge’s local representative, and helped resolve any outstanding relocation matters.
